No Refund Policy

This includes but is not limited to subscription fees, platform access fees, and any other charges levied for services provided by RB Innovate LLP. Once a payment has been processed, it will not be reversed, credited, or refunded regardless of whether the service was fully utilised.

By proceeding with any purchase on the platform, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or discontinue use of the platform at any time. However, cancellation is not retrospective in nature:

• All dues for use of the website or services prior to the last day of use shall remain payable by the user.
• Cancellation does not entitle the user to any refund of fees already paid, including any unused portion of a billing period.
• Access to the platform continues until the end of the current billing cycle following cancellation.
• RB Innovate LLP reserves the right to discontinue a user's access in cases of non-payment, violation of Terms of Use, or prolonged inactivity.

Limitation of Liability

RB Innovate LLP shall not be liable under any circumstances for any form of loss or damage that may be suffered through the use of the website or its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or information;
• Financial loss of any kind;
• Psychological or physical loss or damage;
• Unauthorised access to information provided by any party;
• Interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the platform or any service.

RB Innovate LLP will take all reasonable precautions to keep user details secure but will not be liable for any unauthorised access to information provided by any party whatsoever.

Disputes and Queries

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at connect@crickzy.com. We will review the matter and respond within 30 days. Please note that raising a query does not guarantee a refund; all decisions made by RB Innovate LLP in this regard are final.

Governing Law

All terms of this Refund Policy shall be subject to Indian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Acceptance of Refund Policy

By using the Crickzy platform and making any payment, you signify your acceptance of this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, your only remedy is to discontinue use of the platform. RB Innovate LLP reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
