(A) Information supplied by users and registration data

When you register on the Site/Website, Application and for the Service, we may ask that you provide basic contact information such as your name, sex, age, address, pin code, contact number, occupation, interests and email address. When you register using your other accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Gmail etc., we shall retrieve information from such account to continue to interact with you and to continue providing the Services.

(B) Information automatically tracked while navigation

To improve the responsiveness of the sites for our users, we may use "cookies", or similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique, random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand individual interests using the identified computer. Unless you voluntarily identify yourself (through registration, for example), we will have no way of knowing who you are, even if we assign a cookie to your computer.

RB Innovate LLP may include links to other websites. Such sites are governed by their respective privacy policies, which are beyond our control. Once you leave our servers, use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting.

Information for ad-servers

When we present information to our advertisers to help them understand our audience and confirm the value of advertising on our websites or applications, it is usually in the form of aggregated statistics on traffic to various pages or content. We do not provide any personally identifiable information to third-party websites, advertisers, or ad-servers without your consent.

Information use by the firm

The information supplied by users enables us to improve the Services and provide you the most user-friendly experience. We may use user information to maintain, protect, and improve the Services and for developing new services.

Any personally identifiable information provided by you will not be considered sensitive if it is freely available and/or accessible in the public domain. Any content posted by users on the public sections of the application becomes published content and is not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Privacy Policy.

Email communications and marketing consent

We will send you transactional emails related to your account (billing receipts, password resets, service updates) without requiring separate consent, as these are necessary for the service.

We will only send you marketing or promotional emails if you have explicitly opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing us at connect@crickzy.com. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional communications.

Where a minor uses the platform under parental supervision and with consent (for example, a child cricketer whose parent registers an account), the parent or guardian is responsible for overseeing use and accepts this policy on the minor's behalf.

Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds

Details of our subscription plans, pricing, and cancellation procedures are set out in our Terms of Service. In summary:

• Auto-renewal: Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You will receive a reminder email before renewal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to connect@crickzy.com. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
